The Jury QPN met Tuesday, June 2, 2009 in Paris, hosted by Images Magazine.
It consisted of Sophie Bernard, Editor of the journal Images Magazine, Patrick Tourneboeuf photographer and Hervé Marchand, Director of QPN .
18 cases were presented.
QPN Prize 2009 was awarded to Frederick Delangle for his series "Third country".

Frederick Delangle is represented by Galerie Philippe Chaume.The work of Marc Wendelsky "Freestyle" was especially noticed, and the jury awarded him a consolation.
