After winning Aurore Valade (2006), Cédric Martigny and Patrice Normand (2007) and Geoffroy Mathieu (2008) NVQ Award is renewed on the same principle for the 13th festival to be held next September in Nantes.
The deadline for receipt of applications is Thursday, April 9, 2009, the results will be reported in the second half of May.
Regulation detailing the modalities of participation will be posted next week on the website of the QPN.
